Seven Bridges Development is a 403 acre R.P.U.D. which is 94% complete; only 24 acres remaining. Main Street at Seven Bridges is the final phase of build-out in the mixed-use development at Seven Bridges. With more than $250 million dollars invested in the site to date, Seven Bridges has become known as a family destination for entertainment and recreation. The residential component of the development includes 770 luxury apartments, 304 single-family homes and 46 townhomes. Another 140 luxury condominiums are slated to commence construction in early 2005.
